Susan Rose (born July 2, 1954) is an American artist who creates cartoons, animated shows, and writes for television. She is also a voice actress. She is famous for helping to create the character Fido Dido. She also created popular children's TV shows like Pepper Ann, Angela Anaconda, and Unfabulous. In Angela Anaconda, she even provided the voice for the main character, Angela.

About Sue Rose
Early life and education
Sue Rose was born in Hudson, New York. She went to Hudson High School. After finishing high school in 1971, she studied art. She attended the Boston School of the Museum of Fine Arts. She also studied at the Hartford Art School.
Starting her career
Sue Rose and her friend Joanna Ferrone created the character Fido Dido in 1985. Sue drew Fido on a napkin at a restaurant. Joanna then gave him the name "Fido Dido". They put Fido on T-shirts with a special message. The message was: "Fido is for Fido, Fido is against no one." In 1988, a big company called PepsiCo started using Fido Dido. He appeared on many different products.
Creating animated TV shows
In 1996, Sue Rose created an animated TV series called Pepper Ann. This show was made by Walt Disney Television Animation. It first aired on September 13, 1997, on ABC. Pepper Ann started as a comic strip that Sue Rose drew for YM magazine in the early 1990s. The TV show became very popular. It also won many awards, including Parent's Choice and Girls Inc. awards.
Later, Sue Rose and Joanna Ferrone created another animated TV show. This show was called Angela Anaconda. It was shown on the Fox Family Channel from 1999 to 2001. Sue Rose was also the voice of Angela, the main character. This show used a special animation style called "cut-out animation." It also aired in Canada on Teletoon. The show helped Sue Rose win many awards and nominations.

In 2004, Sue Rose created a live-action TV show for tweens. It was called Unfabulous. The show starred actress Emma Roberts. It was shown on Nickelodeon and ran until 2007.
