Sushil Chhetri (Nepali: सुशील क्षेत्री) is a famous actor from Nepal. He has worked in the Nepali film industry for over ten years. He first appeared in a movie called Aago. This movie created a lot of excitement.
Sushil Chhetri is most famous for his roles in Aago (2000) and Gaajal (2001). He has acted in many Nepali movies and also in 11 Bhojpuri movies. Before becoming an actor, he started his career as a background dancer. After his first movie was a success, he became a big star. He starred in many popular movies like Bhai (1999), Khandan (2002), Muskaan (2002), and Muglaan (2004).
Learning and Schooling
Sushil Chhetri went to Tika High School in Kathmandu for his first years of school. He then studied at Tahachal Campus. He also attended Patan Campus for two years, studying for a business degree.
Awards and Special Honors
Sushil Chhetri has received many important awards. These awards come from groups in Nepal and other countries. In 2004, he was nominated for the best actor award at the Dabur Anmol Motion Picture Awards for his movie Triveni.
He also won the "Best Actor" award in Kolkata, India. This was for his very first movie, Aago. He received this award from the famous Bollywood actress Rani Mukherjee.
