Suzette Llewellyn is a talented English actress. She was born on September 7, 1962. Suzette is well-known for her roles in popular TV shows. These include Sister Cheryl Patching in Surgical Spirit, Estelle Vere in Doctors, and Sheree Trueman in EastEnders.
During the 2020 lockdown, Suzette also helped create a special book. It was called Still Breathing, 100 Black Voices on Racism, 100 Ways to Change the Narrative. She worked on this book with another actor, Suzanne Packer. The book was published in 2021.

Early Life and Training
Suzette studied acting at a famous school called the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). She trained there from 1980 to 1983. Her first professional acting job was on stage in 1983. She played the character Viola in a play called Twelfth Night.
Her first TV appearance was in 1984. She was in a TV film called Stars of the Roller State Disco. After that, she appeared in many other TV shows. These included Black Silk and The New Statesman.
Becoming a TV Star
From 1989 to 1995, Suzette had a main role in the ITV comedy show Surgical Spirit. She played Sister Cheryl Patching.
In 1991, Suzette helped start a special group called BiBi Crew. This was Britain's first comedy group made up only of Black women. They performed funny theatre shows.
Suzette has appeared in many well-known British TV shows. From 2013 to 2017, she played Nina Morrison in the soap opera Coronation Street. Kids might remember her from the CBBC series Rocket's Island. In this show, she played Wendy Sparks from 2014 to 2015.
She also appeared in Hollyoaks in 2016. In 2017, she played Doria Ragland in the comedy series The Windsors. Suzette joined the cast of the BBC medical drama Holby City in 2018. She played Nanette Duval.
Recent Roles
In 2019, Suzette had a recurring role in the BBC soap opera Doctors. She played Estelle Vere. Later that same year, she started a regular role in another BBC soap opera, EastEnders. She played the character Sheree Trueman until 2021.
Suzette continues to act in various television projects. Her career shows her dedication to acting.
