Tamala Reneé Jones (born November 12, 1974) is an American actress. She is famous for her roles in many movies. Some of her well-known films include The Wood and What Men Want. She has also starred in popular TV shows. These include For Your Love and the crime drama Castle. On Castle, she played the character Lanie Parish.

Tamala Jones started her acting career with a guest role. This was on the teen TV show California Dreams. After that, she got a part as a student. This was in the ABC drama Dangerous Minds.

Jones had important roles in several TV series. From 1998 to 2002, she co-starred in For Your Love. She also appeared in The Tracy Morgan Show. She played Tonya, an old girlfriend of Flex's, on One on One. Tamala also made guest appearances on other shows. These include The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and My Name Is Earl.
