Taylor Louderman is an American actress, singer, and dancer. She is famous for being the first actress to play Regina George in the Broadway musical Mean Girls. For this role, she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical in 2018.

Early Life and Education
Taylor Louderman was born in Madison, Wisconsin. She grew up in a small town called Bourbon, Missouri. Taylor is the oldest of five sisters.
When she was 10 years old in 2001, Taylor played the main character in the musical Annie. This show was at the Ozark Actors Theatre in Rolla, Missouri.
After high school, Taylor went to the University of Michigan for two years. She then left college to star in a touring musical called Bring It On: The Musical. Later, in 2020, she earned a college degree in Liberal Arts from The New School.
Career Highlights
After her second year of college, Taylor got a role in the musical Legally Blonde in 2011. Soon after, she was cast as the lead, Campbell, in Bring It On: The Musical. This show toured across the country.
In 2012, Bring It On moved to Broadway, which is where Taylor made her first appearance on a Broadway stage.
Taylor also appeared in NBC's live TV musical Peter Pan Live! in 2014. She played the role of Wendy Darling.
In 2017, she joined the Broadway show Kinky Boots. She took over the role of Lauren.
Starring in Mean Girls
Taylor Louderman became very well-known for playing Regina George in the Broadway musical Mean Girls. This musical was written by Tina Fey.
The show first opened in Washington, D.C. in late 2017. Taylor was the very first actress to play Regina George in this musical. Mean Girls then moved to Broadway in New York City in April 2018.
For her role as Regina George, Taylor was nominated for several big awards. These included the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical. She left Mean Girls in September 2019.
Recent Projects
In 2019, Taylor announced she would take a break from performing. She wanted to focus on writing, teaching, and producing.
In 2021, Taylor joined the cast of the NBC TV show Kenan. She played the character Tami Greenlake.
Personal Life
Taylor Louderman got engaged to her boyfriend, Brooks Toth, in December 2019. They got married in June 2020 in Florida.
In August 2022, Taylor announced that she and Brooks were expecting their first child. She gave birth to a son in early 2023.
