Club Career Highlights

Starting at Dinamo Zagreb

Tin Jedvaj began his professional football journey in 2013 with Dinamo Zagreb. He had trained in Dinamo's youth academy since he was young. His first game was against Osijek, where he played as a central defender. He scored his first goal against Cibalia.

In his first season, he helped Dinamo Zagreb win the Croatian Prva HNL trophy. At the start of the next season, he won another trophy, the Croatian Supercup, with Dinamo. During his time at Dinamo, Jedvaj played 14 official matches.

Moving to Roma

After his first season, the Italian club Roma showed interest in Jedvaj. Even though Dinamo first said no, Tin signed a contract with Roma on July 10, 2013. He played his first game for Roma on December 1, 2013, coming on as a substitute in a 4–0 win against Genoa.

He started his first game for Roma against the same team later that season. These were his only two appearances for Roma during the 2013–14 season.

Playing for Bayer Leverkusen

On June 11, 2014, Tin Jedvaj joined Bayer Leverkusen in Germany on a loan deal from Roma. This loan was set to last until the end of the 2015–16 season.

Jedvaj played his first game for Bayer Leverkusen in the 2014–15 DFB-Pokal cup, helping his team win 6–0. A few days later, he made his UEFA Champions League debut. He came into the game as a substitute and helped Bayer win 3–2 against Copenhagen. He also played in the return match, which Bayer won 4–0, helping them qualify for the Champions League group stage.

Tin made his Bundesliga debut on August 23, 2014, in a 2–0 win against Borussia Dortmund. He scored his first goal for Bayer in their second game, a 4–2 home win against Hertha BSC. He also scored a great goal against Werder Bremen and helped his teammate Son Heung-min score.

On January 20, 2015, Bayer Leverkusen bought Jedvaj from Roma permanently. He signed a contract to stay with the club until 2020. However, he had a tough time in the 2015–16 season because of a thigh injury. He only played one game that season. On October 29, 2016, he scored the winning goal in a 2–1 victory against VfL Wolfsburg.

Loan to FC Augsburg

On August 20, 2019, Jedvaj went on loan to another Bundesliga club, FC Augsburg, for the 2019–20 season. He scored goals against Fortuna Düsseldorf and VfL Wolfsburg during his time there. After returning to Leverkusen in summer 2020, he mostly played in the Europa League.

Playing for Lokomotiv Moscow

On July 24, 2021, Jedvaj signed a four-year contract with the Russian club Lokomotiv Moscow. He joined the team to replace his fellow Croatian player, Vedran Ćorluka, who had retired. Tin played his first game for Lokomotiv on August 6, 2021. He scored his first goal for the club on October 25 in a 2–1 win against Sochi.
