Ancient Stones on the Hill
Near the top of Toller Down, you can find some interesting ancient stones. These are called standing stones, and they are known as the Hore Stones. They stand just north of the summit. You can see them close to where the A356 road meets a smaller road. Standing stones are often very old, placed there by people many centuries ago.
