Trimley St. Mary is a village and parish in Suffolk, England. It is located near Felixstowe, on a piece of land between Harwich Harbour and the River Deben. The village sits on an old Roman road that connected Felixstowe and Ipswich.

Trimley St. Mary is known for its church, which stands right next to the church of its neighboring village, Trimley St. Martin. People say these churches were built close together because of a family disagreement long ago! Trimley St. Mary has shops, two pubs, and its own train station, Trimley railway station. In 2011, about 3,665 people lived here.

The name "Trimley" means "Trymma's woodland clearing." This suggests the area was once a forest where someone named Trymma cleared land.
