Troy Hill (born August 29, 1991) is an American professional football player. He plays as a cornerback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the National Football League (NFL). Before joining the Buccaneers, he played for the Cincinnati Bengals, Los Angeles Rams, Cleveland Browns, and Carolina Panthers. He played college football at the University of Oregon.

Early Life and High School Football
Troy Hill grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, and later attended St. Bonaventure High School in Ventura, California. In high school, he was a star player. He played both defensive back and wide receiver.
He earned many honors for his skills. These included being named to the All-Channel League First-Team Defense in 2009. Experts like Scout.com and Rivals.com rated him as a three-star recruit. They also ranked him as one of the top cornerbacks in the country.
College Football Career
Troy Hill played college football for the Oregon Ducks. As a junior, he was one of the team's top tacklers among defensive backs. He finished that year with 29 tackles and four deflected passes.
In his senior year, Hill continued to excel. He had 71 tackles, which was seventh-best on the team. He was recognized as a second-team All-Pac-12 player. This means he was one of the best players in his college conference. He was also very good at defending passes, ranking second in the league.
Professional Football Journey
Cincinnati Bengals
Troy Hill began his NFL journey with the Cincinnati Bengals. They signed him in May 2015. He worked hard during training camp to earn a spot on the team.
