Tuba Büyüküstün (born 5 July 1982) is a famous actress from Turkey. She has won many awards for her acting. Tuba is one of Turkey's most popular and highest-paid actresses.

About Tuba Büyüküstün's Life
Tuba Büyüküstün was born in Istanbul, Turkey. Her family has roots from different places. Her grandparents on her mother's side came from Crimea. Her grandparents on her father's side came from Crete, Greece.
Education and Family Life
Tuba studied costume and design at Mimar Sinan University. She finished her studies in 2004. On 28 July 2011, she married Turkish actor Onur Saylak in Paris, France. In January 2012, Tuba gave birth to twin girls named Maya and Toprak. Tuba and Onur later separated in 2017.
Tuba Büyüküstün's Acting Career
Tuba Büyüküstün started her acting journey in TV commercials. She then began acting in television series.
Early TV Series Roles
Her first TV series role was in Sultan Makamı in 2003. She appeared in the last four episodes of the show. In 2004, she played Zarife in the series Çemberimde Gül Oya.
A big step in her career was starring in Ihlamurlar Altında in 2005. This show made her a star across the Middle East. From 2007 to 2009, she played the main character in the drama Asi. She acted alongside Murat Yıldırım.
Later TV Series and Recognition
In 2010, Tuba starred with Cansel Elçin in the series Gönülçelen. Later, in 2012, she acted in the dramatic series 20 Dakika (which means 20 Minutes). Her performance in this series was so good that she was nominated for an International Emmy Award for Best Actress. This is a very important award for TV actors.
In 2014, Tuba became a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF Turkey. This means she helps UNICEF with their work to support children. From 2014 to 2015, she starred in Kara Para Aşk (Black Money Love) with Engin Akyürek. In 2016, she played the main female role in Cesur ve Güzel (Brave and Beautiful), acting opposite Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ. In 2021, she joined the cast of Sefirin Kizi as Mavi.
Web Series and Film Roles
Tuba has also acted in web series. In 2020, she played Mara Branković in the Netflix show Rise of Empires: Ottoman. She also starred in the Netflix series "Another Self" in 2022.
Her film career began in 2004 with the TV movie Gülizar. She played Aysun in the popular film Babam ve Oğlum. In 2006, Tuba played a teacher in the movie Sınav (The Exam). In this film, she even acted with the famous actor Jean-Claude Van Damme. Her first main role in a cinema film was Esma in Yüreğine Sor in 2010.
