The University Fermín Toro (UFT) is a private university. It is located in Cabudare, Lara, Venezuela. This university was started on May 9, 1989. It was created by a special government rule.
Dr. Raúl Quero Silva was the founder of the university. He was also the head of the "Antonio José of Sucre" Educational Complex. The university first opened in Cabudare.
