Utica is a small city located in Winona County, Minnesota, United States. According to the 2020 census, 266 people lived there.

History of Utica

Utica was officially planned out and marked on a map in 1866. This process is called "platting." The city got its name from Utica, New York. A special building, the Benjamin Ellsworth House, was built in 1873 by the person who founded the town. It is now recognized as an important historical place.
