Valley Grove is a village in Ohio County, West Virginia, United States. It is part of the Wheeling, West Virginia Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 275 at the 2020 census. The village was named from a nearby recreational area at a grove in a valley.

Valley Grove is located at 40°05′16″N 80°34′07″W / 40.087902°N 80.568611°W (40.087902, -80.568611), along Little Wheeling Creek, a tributary of Wheeling Creek.

At the 2010 census there were 378 people, 167 households, and 115 families living in the village. The population density was 687.3 inhabitants per square mile (265.4/km2). There were 177 housing units at an average density of 321.8 per square mile (124.2/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 98.9% White, 0.5% Native American, and 0.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.1%.
Of the 167 households 26.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.7% were married couples living together, 11.4% had a female householder with no husband present, 7.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 31.1% were non-families. 22.8% of households were one person and 9.6% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.26 and the average family size was 2.63.
The median age in the village was 46 years. 19.3% of residents were under the age of 18; 5.5% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 23.6% were from 25 to 44; 34.2% were from 45 to 64; and 17.5% were 65 or older. The gender makeup of the village was 48.7% male and 51.3% female.
