Victory is a small, unincorporated community in Vernon County, Wisconsin. It is part of the Town of Wheatland. This means it's a community that doesn't have its own local government, but is part of a larger town area.
Victory is located right next to the famous Mississippi River. It's about 4.5 miles north of De Soto and 6.2 miles south of Genoa. You can find it along the Great River Road, which is also known as WIS 35. A railway, the BNSF Railway, also serves the area.

The Battle of Bad Axe
Near where Victory is today, a big event happened in 1832. This was the Battle of Bad Axe. It was the last battle of the Black Hawk War.
The Black Hawk War was a conflict between the United States and some Native American tribes. These tribes were led by a Sauk warrior named Black Hawk. The war ended with the Battle of Bad Axe. The community was named "Victory" to celebrate the United States' win in this battle.
