Würenlos is a town in Switzerland. It is located in the Aargau canton, which is like a state or region. Würenlos is part of the Baden district. It sits north of the Limmat river, close to the Zürich canton. The town is found in a beautiful area called the Limmat Valley.

Würenlos covers about 9 square kilometers (3.5 square miles). A large part of its land, about 43%, is used for farming. Forests cover another 34% of the area. About 21% has buildings and roads, and a small part (2%) is made up of rivers or lakes.
Since 2008, a place called Fahr Monastery has been a small 'exclave' of Würenlos. This means it's a part of Würenlos, but it's completely surrounded by another area. This other area, Unterengstringen, is in a different canton (Zürich).
