Warm Springs is a community in Jefferson County, Oregon, United States. It is called a "census-designated place" (CDP) because the government counts its population for official records.
Warm Springs is located on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation. Because of this, it is also known as the "Warm Springs Agency." In 2020, about 2,435 people lived here.
Where is Warm Springs Located?
Warm Springs is in the northern part of Jefferson County. It sits about 1,539 feet (469 meters) above sea level. The community is in the valley of Shitike Creek. The Deschutes River forms the eastern edge of the area.
A major road, U.S. Route 26, goes right through Warm Springs. This road connects the community to Madras, which is about 14 miles southeast. It also leads to Portland, about 100 miles northwest.
The total area of Warm Springs is about 42.6 square miles (110.4 square kilometers). Most of this area is land, with only a small part being water.

Warm Springs has a climate with warm, dry summers. The average monthly temperatures do not get extremely hot. This type of weather is known as a "warm-summer Mediterranean climate."
