Waterloo is a small city in Linn County, Oregon, United States. In 2020, about 222 people lived there.

The city's name, Waterloo, comes from a funny story. Long ago, in the 1800s, there was a big argument over land at a place called Kees Mill. When the argument finally ended, people joked that it was like the famous Battle of Waterloo. So, Kees Mill became known as Waterloo.
