West Bradenton is found at these coordinates: 27°30′3″N 82°36′50″W / 27.50083°N 82.61389°W. It has some clear natural borders. To the east, it is next to the city of Bradenton. To the north, you'll find the Manatee River, which is a part of Tampa Bay. To the south, the community is bordered by Florida State Road 64.
The area of West Bradenton stretches west to Warner West Bayou and 67th Street NW. The nearby community of Palma Sola is located to its west.
