Westfield is a small town in Orleans County, Vermont, United States. It is located in the northeastern part of Vermont. In 2020, about 534 people lived there.
The town of Westfield was started in 1780. It was named after William West. He was a general and politician from Rhode Island. William West helped Vermont become a state.
Westfield is also home to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Abbey. This is a special place where a group of women called Benedictine nuns live. They follow a quiet, prayerful way of life.
