Anthony Tremaine Dixson (born August 30, 1989), known as Westside Boogie, is an American rapper. He is famous for his unique style of hip hop music. He released his first mixtape, Thirst 48, in 2014. A year later, he released The Reach. In 2015, he signed a music deal with Interscope Records. Later, he also joined Eminem's Shady Records. His first major album, Everythings for Sale, came out in 2019. His second album, More Black Superheroes, was released in 2022.

Early Life and Music Beginnings
Anthony Tremaine Dixson was born on August 30, 1989, in Compton, California. He grew up there and sang in his church choir. When his son, Darius, was born in 2009, it made him want to focus more on music. In 2010, he started taking classes at Long Beach City College to learn about recording music. He used money from financial aid to buy his own recording tools. He worked part-time jobs while raising his son as a single father. Eventually, rapping became his full-time career.
Westside Boogie's Musical Journey
Westside Boogie's music journey began in 8th grade. He joined the First Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church choir. His mother helped guide him. While in the choir, he slowly started moving from gospel music to rap.
First Mixtapes and Record Deals
On June 24, 2013, he released his first mixtape, Thirst 48. This mixtape shared stories about his life and challenges. A year later, on June 24, 2014, he released his next mixtape, The Reach. This one helped him gain more attention. In 2015, he signed a big deal with Interscope Records.
His popular song, "Oh My," came out in 2015. It was produced by Jahlil Beats. In 2016, Boogie released Thirst 48, Pt. II. This mixtape continued the story from his first one. It also talked about new topics, like how much young people use social media.
Joining Shady Records and Debut Album
In October 2017, it was announced that Boogie signed with Shady Records. This record label was started by the famous rapper Eminem. Boogie appeared in a special rap event called the BET Hip-Hop Awards Detroit Cypher in 2017. He also stood behind Eminem during his solo freestyle.
His first song released under Shady Records was "Violence" in December 2017. He worked on this song with Masego. He released two more songs in 2018: "Self Destruction" in May and "Deja Vu" in August. Famous artists like Rihanna, Eminem, and Kendrick Lamar have praised his music.
Boogie is currently managed by a company called Love Renaissance (LVRN). He also performed as an opening act for the artist 6lack on his world tour. Boogie's first official album, Everythings for Sale, was released on January 25, 2019. It included melodic songs like "Rainy Days," "Silent Ride," and "Self Destruction." Other artists like Eminem, 6lack, and JID were featured on the album. His second album, More Black Superheroes, was released on June 17, 2022.
