U.S. Route 90 goes right through Westville. If you travel east on this road, you'll reach Bonifay, which is the main town of Holmes County, about 11 miles away. Going west on U.S. Route 90 will take you to DeFuniak Springs, about 18 miles away.
Interstate 10 also passes through the southern edge of Westville. However, the closest way to get onto Interstate 10 is from Exit 104 in Caryville.
