Wildhaus-Alt St. Johann is a cool town (called a municipality) in Switzerland. It's located in the Toggenburg area of the St. Gallen region. This town was created on January 1, 2010. It formed when two smaller towns, Alt St. Johann and Wildhaus, joined together.

One of these sites is the Wildenmannlisloch cave. This cave is in Alt St. Johann. It's a paleolithic cave, which means it was used by people a very, very long time ago. Imagine ancient people exploring and living in this cave!

Another significant place is the birthplace of Huldrych Zwingli. He was a famous reformer. A reformer is someone who tries to change and improve things, often in religion. Zwingli was born in a house called Lisighus 167 in Wildhaus. This house is a key part of Swiss history.
