Worthington is a small town located in Marion County, West Virginia, in the United States. In 2020, about 183 people lived there. The town was officially created in 1893. It was named after Colonel George Worthington, who was one of the first people to settle in the area. A main road, U.S. Route 19, goes right through the town.
