Zeeland is a small city located in McIntosh County, North Dakota, in the United States. In 2020, about 82 people lived there.
The city of Zeeland was started in 1902 by settlers from the Netherlands. They named it after a province in their home country, also called Zeeland.
Later, in 1905, many German families moved to Zeeland from Odessa, Ukraine. These "Germans from Russia" built the very first Catholic Church in North Dakota.
