What is Action Man About?
Alex Mann, also known as Action Man, is a top extreme sports athlete. He competes in the Mastervision Network's Acceleration Games. These are wild, televised sports events held all over the world.
When Alex faces danger and feels a rush of adrenaline, he unlocks a secret mental power. This power is called AMP (Advanced Macro Probability) Factor. He got this power from secret experiments done by his old high school coach, Simon Grey. With AMP Factor, Alex can quickly figure out all possible future outcomes. This helps him choose the very best way to act.
Alex "Action" Mann and his friends, Desmond "Grinder" Sinclair, Agnes "Fidget" Wilson, and Ricky Singh-Baines, have a big mission. They must stop their main enemy, Doctor X. Doctor X is a super smart scientist who works with genes and living things. He wants to copy Alex's AMP Factor. His goal is to rebuild Earth with new, super-powered humans.

Episodes Guide
The Action Man series has two exciting seasons with a total of 26 episodes.
Season One (2000)
In the first season, Doctor X captures Alex Mann and his best friend, Brandon Caine. He performs many physical tests on them. Doctor X also adds tiny robots called nanotech to Brandon. This makes Brandon stronger and faster than Alex in fights and sports.
Doctor X's ultimate plan is to transfer his mind into Brandon's body. This would turn him into a nanotech cyborg. This new Doctor X could change his look and infect others. After the ninth episode, the stories become a bit simpler.
