The Story of Agent Cody Banks 2

Cody's New Mission

Agent Cody Banks (Frankie Muniz) is at a summer camp. But it's not just any camp! It's a secret training place for young CIA agents. One day, some CIA soldiers try to capture the head counselor, Victor Diaz (Keith Allen). Cody thinks it's just a training exercise. So, he helps Diaz escape.

Later, Cody learns the truth from the CIA director. Diaz actually stole important computer disks. These disks contain plans for a secret device that can control minds. Cody's new mission is to find Diaz and get the disks back.

Undercover in London

Cody travels to the United Kingdom. He pretends to be a student at a summer orchestra program. This program is held at the Kenworth estate. Cody needs to spy on the owner, Lord Duncan Kenworth (James Faulkner). The CIA thinks Duncan is working with Diaz.

Cody's helper is Derek (Anthony Anderson). Derek pretends to be a chef hired by Lady Josephine Kenworth (Anna Chancellor). Another helper, Kumar, acts as a taxi driver. Cody has to keep his mission a secret from his new friends at the camp.

Discovering the Mind Control Device

Cody secretly explores the estate. He finds out that Diaz and Duncan are indeed working together. They even have a working model of the mind control device! Cody sees Duncan use it to make a dog serve drinks and play the piano.

The next day, Cody breaks into Duncan's lab. He sees the finished device. It's a tiny microchip that can be put into a tooth filling by a dentist named Santiago (Santiago Segura). Soon after, Cody and Derek chase Diaz through London. Diaz has a rocket gun! But Cody gets caught by the police and taken to Scotland Yard.

Cody Gets Help

Cody is later freed by Emily (Hannah Spearritt). She is a fellow student from the orchestra camp. Emily is also a British secret agent working undercover. While Emily gets coffee, bad guys sneak up on Cody. They knock him out and put the microchip into his tooth.

Under Duncan, Santiago, and Diaz's control, Cody meets the CIA director. The director is also made to have the microchip. Emily sees all of this from another bus. She explains to Derek that both Cody and the director are now controlled. They need to remove the microchip from Cody.

Derek carefully uses one of Cody's spy gadgets. It's an exploding Mentos mint! He uses a tiny piece to safely remove the microchip from Cody.

Stopping the Villains

The group soon realizes Diaz's big plan. All the world leaders are in London for a G7 summit. Diaz wants to put the microchip into all of them! This would give him control of the whole world.

Cody, Derek, and Emily know they might be in trouble with the CIA. So, they sneak into a party before the summit. They see that many important people are already acting strangely. Duncan is even made the new head of the Royal Mint!

They tell the other students the truth. The students are supposed to perform for the guests. Cody and his friends ask them to stop the world leaders from going to the summit. The students then put on a lively show, singing the song "War". The leaders and even the Queen start dancing and clapping!

While everyone is distracted, Cody, Emily, and Derek search for the villains. Derek gets the microchip implanted. Santiago tries to make Derek hurt Cody. But Emily finds Santiago and stops him. She turns off the mind control software. This saves the U.S. President, who was about to get the chip.

Cody kicks out Derek's microchip. Then, they remove the microchip from the CIA director. Diaz realizes his plan has failed. He tries to run away. But Cody fights him in the Queen's gift room. They accidentally break many valuable items! Duncan also tries to escape. But Trival Jenkins (David Kelly), Duncan's butler, trips him. It turns out Trival is Emily's handler! Diaz, Santiago, and Duncan are all arrested. Lady Kenworth is very happy about this.

After the Mission

After the bad guys are caught, Emily and Cody share a kiss. Cody then heads back to America. They promise to stay in touch. As a reward, Derek also goes back to the summer camp. He replaces Diaz as the head counselor.

Cody's parents pick him up. They still don't know about his dangerous spy adventures. Cody's younger brother, Alex (Connor Widdows), tries to eat some of Cody's explosive Mentos. But Cody quickly throws them into a pond, where they explode harmlessly.
