Andrew Jack (born Andrew Duncan Hutchinson; 28 January 1944 – 31 March 2020) was a British dialect coach and actor. He was from London, England. He worked on more than 80 movies during his career.

Andrew Jack's father, Stephen Jack, was also an actor. He worked in films, radio, and television.
What Did Andrew Jack Do?
Andrew Jack was a very talented dialect coach. A dialect coach helps actors learn different ways of speaking. This includes accents and special voices for their characters. He worked with over 200 actors.
Coaching Famous Actors
He helped many famous actors sound just right for their roles. Some of these actors include Robert Downey Jr., Pierce Brosnan, Cate Blanchett, and Viggo Mortensen. He helped non-British actors sound more natural to British audiences.
Creating Accents for Movies
Andrew Jack was the main dialect coach for The Lord of the Rings movies. He created all the special accents for the characters in Middle-earth. He even taught the actors how to speak Elvish and Black Speech!
He also designed the accents for the Greeks and Trojans in the movie Troy. This shows how important his work was in making movie worlds feel real.
