The Angolan reed frog, also known by its scientific name Hyperolius parallelus, is a type of frog. It belongs to a family of frogs called Hyperoliidae, often known as "reed frogs." It's part of a group of very similar frogs known as the Hyperolius viridiflavus complex.

What Does the Angolan Reed Frog Look Like?

Adult male Angolan reed frogs are usually about 30 to 38 millimeters (about 1.2 to 1.5 inches) long. This measurement is taken from their snout (nose) to their vent (where waste leaves the body).

Where Do Angolan Reed Frogs Live?
