Anthony "Spice" Adams is a well-known American television host, actor, and comedian. He used to be a professional football player. Anthony Adams played as a defensive tackle for nine seasons in the National Football League (NFL).

He played college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions. The San Francisco 49ers chose him in the 2003 NFL draft. He played for the 49ers for four seasons. After that, he joined the Chicago Bears and played there from 2007 to 2011. After his football career, Adams became very active on social media and television. He was also a co-host of The Great American Baking Show.

Adams played for the 49ers for four seasons. He became a free agent after the 2006 season. During his time with the 49ers, he made 155 tackles and six sacks in 58 games.

Playing for the Chicago Bears

On March 25, 2007, Anthony Adams signed a four-year contract with the Chicago Bears. He was seen as a quick and good fit for the Bears' defense. In 2010, he started all 16 regular season games. He also started in the Bears' playoff games that year.

Anthony Adams is very popular on Instagram. He posts funny videos there under the username "spiceadams." Many of the characters and skits he has created have become very popular since 2018. For example, his catchphrase "ahaha" became a popular meme on Twitter. Also, a photo of him hiding behind a tree in a bright yellow suit, rubbing his hands, and licking his lips became famous.
