Where Baldridge Creek Begins and Ends
The very beginning of Baldridge Creek, called its headwaters, is found northeast of a community named Coal Mountain. From there, the stream flows towards the southeast. It generally runs alongside U.S. Route 19, a major road.
Today, Baldridge Creek empties directly into Lake Lanier. However, before this big lake was built, the creek used to join the Chattahoochee River. This meeting point was near the border between Forsyth County and Hall County.
