Isabella May Ramsey was born in Nottingham, England, on September 25, 2003. They went to school online through King's InterHigh.

Bella started acting as a hobby when they were just four years old. They joined a drama group called Stagecoach Theatre Arts for seven years. After that, they joined the Television Workshop. This helped them start auditioning for professional acting jobs.

From 2016 to 2019, Bella Ramsey played Lyanna Mormont in the fantasy TV show Game of Thrones. This was their first major acting role. Fans and critics loved their performance.
