Blades is a small town located in Sussex County, Delaware, United States. It is part of a larger area known as the Salisbury, Maryland-Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. In 2010, about 1,241 people lived in Blades. By 2020, the population was 1,179.

History of Blades

Blades was settled in the 1850s. It officially became a town in 1915. In 1900, the town had a population of 143 people. Over the years, the number of residents has grown.
