Bruce Township is a community located in Chippewa County, in the state of Michigan, United States. It is known as a civil township, which is a type of local government area. According to the 2020 census, about 2,000 people live in Bruce Township.

Bruce Township is in the eastern part of Chippewa County. On its eastern side, it shares a border with the St. Marys River and the West Neebish Channel. These are important waterways. The Charlotte River also flows through the township. It eventually reaches the West Neebish Channel.

A main road, M-129, runs through the western part of the township. This road helps connect Bruce Township to other towns. You can travel north to Sault Ste. Marie. Or, you can go south to Pickford and Cedarville.
