Caroline Michelle Prejean Boller (born in 1987) is an American model. She was known as Miss California USA in 2009. She also placed as the first runner-up in the Miss USA 2009 pageant. Later, she lost her Miss California USA title. This happened because of disagreements about her contract. In November 2009, she settled a legal case with the Miss California USA group. That same month, she wrote a book sharing her side of the story.

Early Life and Education

Carrie Prejean was born in San Diego, California. Her parents are Francine and Wilbert Prejean. Her mother has Italian American roots. Her father is of French descent. Carrie grew up in Vista, California, in a religious home.

In 1996, her parents separated. Their divorce was a difficult time for her. Carrie wrote in her book that the divorce was a "trauma" that changed her life. She felt her parents were "selfish" for breaking up the family. The divorce also made it harder for her family financially. She said it motivated her to create a stable home for her own children.

In 2020, Carrie Prejean joined the Donald Trump Campaign Advisory Board. She represented the Women for Trump 2020 Coalition. She appeared on Fox News to support Trump and conservative ideas.

In August 2021, Carrie spoke at a school board meeting in Encinitas, California. She announced plans to campaign against some school board members. She spoke against rules about masks in schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. She said she would not mask her children and that the pandemic was over.
