Casper's Scare School is an animated movie from 2006. It's based on the famous cartoon character Casper the Friendly Ghost. The movie first showed on Cartoon Network on October 20, 2006. It was made by Classic Media. Later, a TV show and a video game with the same name were also created.

The Story of the Movie
Casper is a friendly ghost who finds it hard to scare people. He even becomes friends with a boy named Jimmy Bradley. Because Casper isn't scary enough, Kibosh, the King of the Underworld, sends him to a special Scare School. This is to stop Casper from being sent to the Valley of the Shadows.
The school is run by two headmasters, Alder and Dash. At Scare School, Casper meets new friends. There's Ra, a mummy who sometimes unravels. He also befriends Mantha, a zombie girl who keeps falling apart. Cappy, a pirate, and his parrot Beaky take them to the school.
At Scare School, students learn about the "Balance." This means they must scare humans just enough, not too much or too little. The teachers believe if the Balance is off, humans might take over the monster world. Casper struggles with his lessons and often gets detention. A bully vampire named Thatch and his friends try to cause trouble for Casper.
Casper feels like he can't be scary. He decides to go to the Valley of the Shadows by himself. He thinks the Balance will be fine without him. But when he arrives, he finds the Valley is a beautiful, colorful garden! He meets his great-aunt Spitzy and other creatures there. They were all sent to the Valley for refusing to scare humans.
Meanwhile, Alder and Dash are planning something sneaky. They want to turn Kibosh into stone using a special potion. Then they plan to take over the Underworld. They test the potion on the Ghostly Trio, who came looking for Casper. When Casper's friends find out, they rush to the Valley of the Shadows to warn him. They discover that they can actually leave the Valley, even though its residents thought they couldn't. Casper and his friends then head to Deedstown to stop Alder and Dash.
In the end, Alder and Dash are convinced to stop their plan by their "ancle" (aunt and uncle) Belle and Murray, who are from the Valley of the Shadows. Everyone turns back to normal. Kibosh then allows the creatures to be friends with humans sometimes. He even tells Casper that he once had human friends. Kibosh explains that growing up and being scary is tough, but he believes in Casper. As punishment, Thatch has to swab the deck, while Cappy and Beaky fly happily over the soccer field.
