Condé-en-Normandie is a town located in the Calvados area of northwestern France. It's a fairly new town, created on January 1, 2016. This happened when several smaller towns, called communes, joined together. These included Condé-sur-Noireau (which is now the main part), La Chapelle-Engerbold, Lénault, Proussy, Saint-Germain-du-Crioult, and Saint-Pierre-la-Vieille.

This town is part of a beautiful region known as Suisse Normande. It's famous for its green hills and valleys, which look a bit like the Swiss mountains.

- Maximilien Vox (1894–1974) - He was a French writer, cartoonist, and illustrator. He also studied the history of letters and typography. He was born here too.
- Michèle Fabien (1945–1999) - A Belgian writer and playwright. She is buried in the Saint-Pierre-la-Vieille cemetery.
