Courtney Jane Eaton (born 6 January 1996) is an actress from Australia. She started her career as a model. Later, she began acting in movies. Her first big role was in the action film Mad Max: Fury Road in 2015.

Eaton also starred in the fantasy movie Gods of Egypt in 2016. Since 2021, she has been in the TV show Yellowjackets. She also appeared in the film Parachute in 2023.

Early life

Courtney Jane Eaton was born on January 6, 1996. She grew up in Bunbury, Western Australia. Her father is Australian with English roots. Her mother is from New Zealand and has Chinese, Cook Island, and Māori family. Courtney also has a younger brother.

She went to school at Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School.

Career

Courtney Eaton was discovered by a modeling agent when she was eleven. The agent signed her up to model when she turned sixteen. As part of her modeling training, Courtney took acting classes. She then tried out for the movie Mad Max: Fury Road (2015).

She got a role in the film as Cheedo the Fragile. This character was one of five wives in the movie. Courtney said that her character, Fragile, was the youngest of the wives.

In 2013, Eaton was chosen for the fantasy action film Gods of Egypt (2016). She played Zaya, a slave girl. She acted alongside stars like Gerard Butler.

In 2016, it was announced that Eaton would be in the movie Status Update. She also starred with Aaron Eckhart in the action thriller Line of Duty, which came out in 2019. In 2019, Eaton joined the TV series Yellowjackets. She plays a teenage character named Lottie. For the second season of the show, she became a main cast member.

In 2024, Eaton appeared in the drama movie Parachute. She starred with Thomas Mann in this film. It was also the first movie directed by Brittany Snow.

Personal life

Courtney Eaton moved to the United States in 2015. She lives in Los Angeles.

She used to be a vegan.
