David Anthony Faustino (born March 3, 1974) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Bud Bundy on the TV show Married... with Children.

David has also lent his voice to many cartoon characters. You might know him as Mako from The Legend of Korra. He also voiced Helia in the Winx Club cartoon.

Early Life and Family

David Faustino was born in Los Angeles, California, on March 3, 1974. His dad, Roger Faustino, worked with costumes for movies and TV. His mom, Kay Faustino, was a homemaker.

David has a younger brother named Michael. Michael appeared in many episodes of Married... with Children. He even appeared in an episode David helped write!

Acting Career

David started acting when he was very young. He first appeared on TV at just three months old! This was on the Lily Tomlin Special. He began acting more regularly in 1980. His first small role was on Little House on the Prairie.

In the early to mid-1980s, David was a guest star on many popular TV shows. These included Highway to Heaven, Family Ties, St. Elsewhere, and The Love Boat.

Becoming Bud Bundy

In 1987, David got his big break. He was cast in the TV show Married... with Children. He played Bud, the younger child in the Bundy family. He was on the show for 259 episodes! The show ran from 1987 until 1997.

David played Bud Bundy again in other TV series. These included Parker Lewis Can't Lose and Top of the Heap. He also appeared on Burke's Law, MADtv, and The New Addams Family.

Later Roles and Voice Acting

In 2002, David appeared in a TV special called Celebrity Boot Camp. Later, in 2005, he guest-starred on One on One.

From 2007 to 2009, David created and starred in Star-ving. This was a comedy series on the internet. He played a funny, over-the-top version of himself. He also starred in the 2008 movie RoboDoc.

In 2009, David reunited with the Married... with Children cast. This was for the 7th Annual TV Land Awards. He also had small appearances in two episodes of the HBO series Entourage.

In 2011, David was cast in Nickelodeon's Winx Club as the voice of Helia. The next year, he got another big voice role. He voiced Mako in The Legend of Korra. Mako was a main character in this popular animated show. He also voiced Dagur the Deranged in DreamWorks Dragons.

In 2017, David appeared in an episode of Bones. He played a fictional version of himself in the show.

Music Career

In 1992, David Faustino released an album called Balistyx. He had one single from the album called "I Told Ya."

Personal Life

David Faustino helped start a nightclub in Los Angeles called Balistyx. It was a popular hip-hop and funk club in the early 1990s.

David married Andrea Elmer in 2004. They later separated in 2006 and divorced in 2007.

On November 14, 2015, David and his girlfriend, Lindsay Bronson, welcomed their daughter.
