Growing Up and High School Football

Dobson Collins was born in Miami, Florida. He later moved to Stone Mountain, Georgia. There, he went to Stone Mountain High School.

He played high school football for his school team. In his final year, he caught 21 passes. These catches gained 332 yards and led to two touchdowns.

Collins went to Gardner–Webb University for college. He was a talented athlete there. He played both college football and participated in track and field.
