Dr. Mario 64 is a fun puzzle video game made by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64 video game console. It came out on April 8, 2001.
This game was one of the last Mario games released for the Nintendo 64. It is an updated version of an older game called Dr. Mario, which first came out in 1990. That original game was available for the Nintendo Entertainment System and Game Boy.
How to Play Dr. Mario 64
The main goal in Dr. Mario 64 is to clear a bottle full of viruses. You do this by lining up vitamins of the same color. There are three colors of vitamins: red, blue, and yellow.
Players drop special capsules into the bottle. Each capsule has two colors on it. As the capsules fall, you can move them left or right. You can also rotate them to change how they land. When four or more vitamin halves or viruses of the same color touch each other, they disappear.
You get points for every virus you clear from the bottle. The game ends if the bottle fills up completely with capsules and viruses.
Game Modes
Dr. Mario 64 offers different ways to play. You can play by yourself in various single-player modes. There are also modes where up to four players can play together. This makes it a great game to enjoy with friends or family.
