Drew Ian Goodman (born April 13, 1963) is an American sports announcer. He is known for describing the action during sports games. He works as the television play-by-play announcer for the Colorado Rockies baseball team on Rockies.TV.

Drew Goodman's Career in Sports
Early Career and Education
Drew Goodman studied at Ithaca College and the University of Missouri. He started his career in sports broadcasting in 1988. He was one of the first people to work for Prime Sports Rocky Mountain. This is a TV channel that shows sports games in the Rocky Mountain area.
Broadcasting Baseball Games
Drew Goodman has been announcing games for the Colorado Rockies baseball team since 2002. Before he became the main play-by-play announcer, he hosted the Rockies' pre-game show. This show gets fans ready for the game.
Working in Football
Goodman has also spent a lot of time announcing football games. He worked for the NFL on NBC and the NFL on Fox. He also announced college football games for various conferences. These include the Big 12, ACC, MWC, and WAC.
From 2000 to 2002, he announced preseason games for the Denver Broncos football team on the radio. He also hosted the Broncos' post-game report for five seasons. This report discussed what happened after the games.
