The Echoing River is a river in Canada. It flows through parts of Manitoba and Ontario. This river is part of a large area where water drains into Hudson Bay.

The river starts at Echoing Lake in Northwestern Ontario. It then flows into Northern Manitoba. The Echoing River eventually joins the Gods River. The Gods River then flows into the Hayes River, which finally reaches Hudson Bay.

The First Nations community of Shamattawa is located where the Echoing River meets the Gods River.

The Echoing River's Journey

The Echoing River begins its journey in Ontario. Its source is Echoing Lake. This lake is found in the Kenora District. From there, the river flows west.

The river then crosses into Manitoba. It continues its path through the northern part of the province. The Echoing River is an important waterway in this region. It helps carry water from many smaller streams and rivers.
