Enoch is a city in Iron County, Utah, United States. It is located about 7 miles northeast of Cedar City. Enoch is in the northeast part of Cedar Valley.
In 2010, the city had a population of 5,803 people. This was a big increase from 3,467 people in 2000. By 2018, the population was estimated to be around 7,039.

History of Enoch
Enoch was founded in May 1851 by a person named Joel H. Johnson. At first, the area was known by different names. These names included Johnson's Springs and Fort Johnson.
The city of Enoch officially became an incorporated city on January 10, 1966. When it became a city, it included some nearby communities. These communities were Grimshawville, Stevensville, and Williamsville.
In June 2011, a new local church group was formed. This meant there were now two main church areas: the Enoch stake and the Enoch West stake. The Minersville Highway acts as the dividing line between these two areas.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Enoch covers a total area of 3.3 square miles (8.6 square kilometers). All of this area is land. There are no large bodies of water within the city limits.

Famous People from Enoch
- Texas Rose Bascom (1922–1993) was a rodeo trick rider. She also acted in Hollywood movies. She was honored in a hall of fame.
- Joel Hills Johnson (1802–1882) was an inventor and an early pioneer. He was also a politician in Utah. He is known for founding the town of Enoch.
