Flasher is a small city in Morton County, North Dakota, in the United States. It is part of the larger Bismarck area. In 2020, about 217 people lived there. Flasher was started in 1902.

History of Flasher

Flasher was officially planned out in 1902. The city got its name from Mabel Flasher, who was related to one of the people who helped start the town. A post office has been open in Flasher since 1903, helping people send and receive mail.

Flasher is located in North Dakota. The city covers a total area of about 0.71 square miles (1.84 square kilometers). Most of this area, about 0.70 square miles (1.81 square kilometers), is land. Only a very small part, about 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometers), is water.
