Gary Anthony Williams (born March 14, 1966) is an American actor, comedian, and filmmaker. He is well-known for his voice acting in many animated shows and video games. You might recognize his voice as Uncle Ruckus from The Boondocks or General Horace Warfield in StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty. He also played Anton "Bebop" Zeck in the movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. Gary Anthony Williams has appeared in live-action shows like Boston Legal, Malcolm in the Middle, and The Soul Man. He is also a cast member on the fun improv comedy show Whose Line Is It Anyway?.

Early Life
Gary Anthony Williams was born in Fayetteville, Georgia. He loved theater, comedy, and television from a young age. In Atlanta, he acted with the Georgia Shakespeare Festival. He also performed and wrote for a mystery dinner theater called Agatha's. For a long time, he was part of Atlanta's oldest improv group, Laughing Matters.
Williams had roles in TV shows filmed in Atlanta, like I'll Fly Away and In the Heat of the Night. In 1998, he moved to Los Angeles to continue his acting career.
