Where is Gordon Located?
Gordon is in the eastern part of Houston County. It is near the Chattahoochee River, which forms the border between Alabama and Georgia.
Major roads like U.S. Route 84 and Alabama State Route 95 pass through or near Gordon. You can travel about 19 miles (31 km) west to Dothan or 36 miles (58 km) southeast to Bainbridge, Georgia, using US 84. State Route 95 connects Gordon to Columbia to the north and the Florida state line to the south.
