Gossip Girl is an American TV show for teenagers. It's based on a popular book series by Cecily von Ziegesar. The show is all about the lives of a group of rich teenagers. They live on New York's fancy Upper East Side and go to private school. They deal with everyday teenage problems like friendships, school, and growing up.
The story starts when Serena van der Woodsen comes back home. She had been away at a boarding school in Cornwall for half a year. "Gossip Girl" is the name of a secret blogger. This person knows everything happening in the Upper East Side, but no one knows who they are! The voice of Gossip Girl is done by the actress Kristen Bell.
