Grey Corries from the north
The Grey Corries viewed from the north

The Grey Corries are a group of mountains found in the West Highlands of Scotland. This mountain range is home to some of Scotland's tallest peaks. Many of these are known as Munros, which are Scottish mountains over 3,000 feet (914.4 metres) high.

The Grey Corries are surrounded by different natural features. To the north, you'll find the large Leanachan Forest, and beyond that, Glen Spean and the Great Glen. To the east is a narrow pass called Lairig Leacach. To the south, there's the upper part of Glen Nevis and the start of the Abhainn Rath river. The mountains also connect to other famous peaks like Aonach Beag, Aonach Mor, Carn Mor Dearg, and even Ben Nevis, Scotland's highest mountain.
