Hiawatha is a neighborhood in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is part of the larger Longfellow community. This area is known for its beautiful parks and important landmarks.

Hiawatha is located in the southern part of Minneapolis. It has clear borders that help people find their way around. To the north, it's bordered by 40th Street. The mighty Mississippi River forms its eastern edge. To the south, you'll find 54th Street East. Finally, Hiawatha Avenue marks its western border.

The neighborhoods next to Hiawatha are Howe to the north and Minnehaha to the south. The Mississippi River is to the east. To the west, you'll find Ericsson and Standish.
