Hubbardton is a small town located in Rutland County, Vermont, in the United States. It's a place with a rich history. The town got its name from Thomas Hubbard, who owned land there a long time ago.

In 2020, about 735 people lived in Hubbardton. This town is famous for the Battle of Hubbardton. This important battle happened in 1777 during the Saratoga Campaign of the American Revolutionary War. British soldiers attacked American forces here.
